Snarkimist

I’m not an optimist, nor a pessimist. When life gives me lemons, I squeeze a bit of juice for my favorite pasta recipe and throw the rest away. People can make their own damn lemonade. I don’t even like lemonade.

I guess I’m a snarkimist.

When I’m being pelted by lemons, I find quotes that make me feel better and show the lemon-thrower what’s what.

So here’s a couple of quotes that give me strength and humor today. Share them with your own lemon-thrower.

A man who fears suffering is already suffering from what he fears. — Michel de Montaigne

Instead of complaining that the rose bush is full of thorns, be happy the thorn bush has roses. — Proverb

Fear is faith that it won’t work out. — Unknown

What we see is mainly what we look for. — Unknown

I fly because it releases my mind from the tyranny of petty things. — Unnamed pilot

Here are your lemons, man. Go suck ’em. — S.M. Tougas
